H1N1 is getting serious here, I'm so worried and panaroid about my kid when we go out. May be too much bad news from others. I got the latest news that one guy from a shopping mall died because of the disease. Gosh, most people are avoid to go there nowadays. That's mean no more shopping days for me this few month?
I don't think any effective precautions have been done by our government till now. Like no schools are closed for sterilization, unless it confirmed with the H1N1 case. But it will be too late. I'm glad that my kid's school is taking preventive measures for students's welfare like test their body temperature at arrival, all furniture are wiped with antiseptic before and after class, wash hands on and off, and ask them to drink plenty of water.
We should have strong immune system to fight for the disease, so eating well is very important. I wonder if weight loss supplements can help for those giant size people as they're in the high risk group to get H1N1.
