Day 2 In Bali @ 25/08/2007

After breakfast in the Hard Rock Hotel, we were introduced to many varied faces of Bali. Tour began with the traditional Barong & Kris Dance. We only managed to see the show for about 10 minutes as we were late that day.

What I know about the show is The Barong Play represents an enternal fight between good and evil spirits. A Barong is a mythological animal represent good spirit and Rangda is a mythological monster represent evil. I really don't know what they dance over there until I received a flyer.

We then proceed to visit the village of Celuk, which is famous forits gold and silver works. We didn't buy anything from there, to expensive somemore not interested with it. We only took photos there :P

Next, we visited to artists' colony & handicraft centre. I like their hand drawing pictures, all of them are so unique and nice. We didn't buy any as too expensive. Somemore it's too troublesome to bring those pictures here and there.

We then visited to a volcana in Kintamani village. We have lunch at one of the restaurant where we can have nice view from it. It's so enjoyable having lunch here with cold weather like Camera Highland.



We went to cocoa farm after lunch. Came down from the hill and it was a sunny day. Walked around the farm, saw many types of trees. We got to know how they make coffee and enjoyed drinking a cup of coffee in the farm.

Finally destination before we go for our dinner, visited to the mysterious Elephant Cave. Ok, don't misunderstand with the word of Elephant, there is no elephants but it's a cave with elephants' god statue. There is a scares holy spring temple here. Our tour guide told us that we should wash our hands or face through the spring as it will give us good luck.

Hubby may get headaches when he is having pressure or problem with his work. Not only that, he will get headaches too if traveling under the sun. Since he is a salesman, he needs to travel a lot. Thus, getting headaches is common to him.

I'm worry about his health and looking for help as to relieve the pain of chronic headaches, and to improve the quality of our lives. It's Good To Be Rich

I just back from my vacation two days ago. Never visit my parents for almost a week and I met my parents last night. They told me that one of my uncle needs some help as he is thinking to buy a house in Phoenix, Arizona. Phoenix is the capital of the State of Arizona, and the county seat of Maricopa County. It is the cultural, business and political center for Arizona and the hub for everyday life in the entire Phoenix-Scottsdale metropolitan area.

Ok, he is a rich businessman and of coz he has money to invest. I'm not too sure he wants to buy a house for investment or staying in New York as his daughter is working there now. If so, he can ask her daughter to look for Phoenix real estate agent even though it is a bit far away from her working place. I just thinking how good to be a rich person, we can invest everywhere we think it is worth.

Day 1 In Bali @ 24/08/2007

We arrived at Bali Ngurah Rai Airport around 2pm, met with our tour guide and back to Hard Rock hotel in Kuta for rest. We didn't went out for walk and stayed in the hotel for our lunch. The tour guide picked us up at 5.30pm, and we finished our lunch around 4.30pm. We then back to our room and took shower before we meet again in the lobby.

We have our dinner on the beach at Jimbaran. We took around an hour to reach there. It was nice and fun having dinner on the beach. It was crowded with lots of people, peak season coz school holiday too.



See, we have lots of fun here......too bad the food so spicy, somemore most of them are seafood which I can't eat. I took vege and fish only for my dinner that night, seeing others having their yummy seafood like prawns and crabs, oh yummy !!!



After dinner, we then send back to hotel at 9pm. We have a walk along Kuta street until 10.30pm. We all too tired and slept early that night.

Home Sweet Home

Yahoo !!! Finally I was back home from my Bali trip last night. Time flies fast, actually 4 days 3 nights staying in Bali not enough for us. Hubby said that we'll stay in Bali longer and go for free and easy trip if we come here again next time.

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel with Mummy In Vain and her daughter while Shopping Mum stayed at Nikko Hotel with her family. The room is nice and clean, but not the type that I want. Our guide thought that we came for honeymoon, and he told the receptionist as to arrange a bigger deluxe room for us. We have a special offer from the hotel - a cake that wished us "Happy Honeymoon".



I like the swimming pool there, but we didn't have much time to enjoy it as we need to rush for our itinerary. I just got time to walk around and snap some nice photos with my swimsuit, too bad no time for me to swim.

There are lots of artists' photos and guitars hanging on the wall along the corridor. There are also a live band during night time and we did enjoyed our welcome drink here the second nights. It's really crowded with tourists that night, but we just stayed there for about an hour then we back to our room for rest as we all very tired and need to wake up early the next day.

Holiday In Tuscany

I just came back from Bali with my hubby yesterday, it's great to go for vacation again. Hubby told me that he would like to go for holiday in Tuscany, Italy for our next vacation. I was so happy and excited to hear that as I like traveling much.

I hope we can have our vacation again by end of this year. Thus, I need to get prepare and plan well before we go there. The most important thing is accomodation. I found a website at Villa Tuscany - Holiday Villa in Tuscany where it is my best solution for a pleasant stay in Tuscany.

But I like to stay in villa as it giving us the homey and comfortable feeling, stressful less.

Going Off.........Tonight !!!

Yes, I will go to Bali with my hubby and friends tonight. Finally, I have done packing up the stuffs for hubby and myself. You may think why 2 people need such a big luggage for just 4 days? Oh, I need more space in case I do lots of shopping in Bali :P I also will bring another hand luggage to put my jacket and other accessories.

I'm really going off....we will take a bus at 4am tonight and will catch the flight tomorrow morning. We will stay at Hard Rock Hotel, my friends who been there told me that this hotel very nice. I did search through their website, really nice....Aiyo, I'm so excited to get away and just can't wait for the trip !!!

I'm looking for safety utility knife for my mother in law as she always hurt her finger when using knives. I admit that she is careless, somemore she doesn't like to wear her specs even though she can't see things clearly.

One of my friend in Singapore having her weight loss diet pills for many years, but I can't see any different after eating for the pills for years ago. I told her to change to other brand she is wasting her money now.

Crazy Golf Lover

One of my friend's hubby is a golf lover, he likes to play golf every much. Or I should say he is addict to it. You can always find him in golf course every day unless it's raining. I still remember that my friend told me that he has at least 3 bags of golf balls in his car boot. My friend always complain to me that his husband doesn't spend time with her and kids. Even he has free time, he will go to play golf. I really can't help her and hope that her husband can spend his free time with them.

Final Decision Made ?

For those who keep track my blog always may know that I went for my radio iodine therapy in Nilai last week. I can't back home and have to stay at my parents house for another week. Time flies fast and I could back home and take care my son tomorrow !!!

I was so free throughout the week staying at my parents house, have not been doing anything except rest, blog, eat, sleep. You may think that how relax and enjoy for this kind of life. Oh, but NOT for me !!! Before I go for the therapy, I stop for my thyroxine pill for one month, at that time I felt very tired and looked sleepless throughout the day.

My parents advised me to stop my business and rest more at home. I did discussed with hubby and he supported me. I decided to stop my work as I really felt tired even I worked for only 2 hours per day. I have no mood to teach anymore and worry about my therapy and health condition. Somemore I don't have much time to manage my centre as I need to go for my check-up every now and then.

But after my therapy and taking back my thyroxine pills, I didn't look tired anymore. I have made up my mind to think twice about my career in this few days. Actually I decided to quit from my business before I go for the therapy.

I feel waste if I stop it as I've put in much effort in this centre these years. Even though the business not so good nowadays but I do hope that I have my job back. I feel no direction for my future just stay at home taking care my son only. May be I should give it another try first, if really that I can't earn any $$$ or I need more rest, then I shall think to quit later?.....anyway, I'm still thinking about whether I shall quit or continue....

Scary Accident ~~~ Because Of Ghost Festival Now???

The bus, with its roof ripped off, lying in the ditch as rescue workers look on. A total of 20 people were killed and nine others injured in the crash.

My hubby told me about this scary accident last night. I was shocked and sad when I heard about this incident. Why this happened???? Because of the driver ??? Whatever it is, this is one of the country's worst road accidents, which occurred in the wee hours of yesterday on the North-South Expressway near Taiping, was a disaster waiting to happen.

I have read through newspaper this morning, and got to know that they are 20 ppl with 21 life.....OMG, there's a pregnant woman who due date is end of this month !!! She died with her hubby and baby too in this accident.......

Many aunties or uncles may say this scary road accident happened because of the Ghost Festival mah, yesterday was the first day of Ghost month. In Chinese tradition, the seventh month in the Chinese calendar is called the Ghost Month (鬼月), in which ghosts and spirits, including those of the deceased ancestors, come out from the lower world to visit earth. The Ghost Festival is the climax of a series of the Ghost Month celebrations.

Cham lah, I will go to Bali with hubby and friends end of this month. So scare lah now, somemore I will go to LCCT by coach......how alr??? Worry !!!

Children's Little Jungle

I like to see all those children concert. I do hope that my son will participate to the concert when he grows up later. It was really fun and enjoyable seeing the little children singing and dancing. I still remember I attended a kindergarten concert last year, the act I enjoyed where the children wore animal masks, costumes and animal jewelry. They looked so cute and adorable, and of coz brought me back memories when I was in kindergarten too.

Invest In Poker Tables

My uncle likes to play poker cards. He always go to Genting with his friends as to play poker cards in the casino. My aunty very angry for his hubby because he seldom spend his time with his family.

I'm sad to hear that but I have suggested an idea to my father. Since my uncle likes to play poker cards with his friends, why not he invests poker tables at his house, so that he can play with his friends anytime and also has more time with his family.

Back Home Finally

After staying in Nilai for 5 days, I'm finally back to Ipoh with my parents and hubby yesterday. Even though I was back, but I need to stay at my parents house for a week more as I can't stay near with my son.

My hubby brought Marcus and my PIL visited me last night, I can see him but cannot hug him. They just stand at the car porch and I viewed them from the house, at least 6 feets. How you feel if you are in my situation? Seeing my son crying for me to carry him, but mummy cannot do so...........

I'm glad that I have my parents to stay with me. Now, my mother cooks lunch and dinner for me. She still need to go work but luckily her work load isn't much, just help my father to do some account and admin work, then can back home anytime. LOL!!!

Day 4 In Nilai - 09/08/07

I felt better compared yesterday. No more vomiting and sleepy throughout the day, but nurse gave me to eat medicine too as to avoid vomit. Nothing to do in the room, just watch Astro, blogging, MSN with friends, sleep, eat, drink.....that's all !!!

Ah, I got homework to do here, I need to mark down what time I pass urine, measure it, what I eat and drink, all need to mark it down in a paper. They will come in and out to record it.

I felt happy too as I can go home tomorrow. Furthermore, my hubby and parents came this afternoon. They actually can come and visit me on Friday, but they want to see me and my aunty from KL also came too.

How I hope time flies fast as I need to go home immediately. Do not want to stay here AGAIN !!! Waiting for tomorrow and the brand new day.....

Day 3 In Nilai - 08/08/07

Still have 2 more days to go and I can back home....

Don't know why I felt vomiting and very sleepy yesterday, I told doctor and he said that it's because of the medicine, not the RM3000 capsule, another medicines like vitamin D, calsium that give me every day.

Besides that, I felt don't want to eat anything, just want to sleep, I didn't eat all the medicine that doctor gave me. I'm sure I will vomit if I force myself to swallow the medicine :P

Dryness and peeling of my skin make me worry especially on my hands and legs. It's because I'm staying in an air-cond room 24 hours, and hope not because of the medicine I took. My mouth also feel dry and I keep on apply vaseline.

Day 2 In Nilai - 07/08/07

This is my private room in Nilai. Can you see the 2 metal block bars there? Actually it's to block the radiation. I had my capsule two days ago and I'm here for in-patient for 5 days in the hospital. This is because I will be quite radio active for the first few days as the radio iodine stays in my body for a little while. My oncologist restricted anyone visit me and I will stay in a special room alone.

If nurses or doctors need to visit me, they have to stay behind the block, so that they won't affect by the radiation from my body. It will cause someone getting ill without this block bar if they near me.

All my meals given in a box, and I will throw all the rubbish in this special dustbin. The nurses or staffs here not going to take it off unless it is full, they will give me another new plastic bag. The other dustbin is for the clothes that I wore, they will take and wash it separately once I discharge on Friday.

Day 1 In Nilai - 06/08/07

It was the day where I hate most. My hubby fetched my parents and I went to Nilai as I need to receive a radio iodine therapy for 5 days. Yesterday was the first day. We reached Nilai around 10.30am, hubby helped me for the admission. A nurse then measured my weight, blood pressure before she brings me to a special room.

It was a special room for those we receive this therapy, no one can near me after I taking the pill from Australia which costs RM3000. I have the pill at 1.30pm, after that, hubby and my parents not allowed to stay in the room anymore, they can view me outside through CCTV. Since they can't came in anymore, so they back to Ipoh about 2pm.

I took my lunch around 2.30pm, then I enjoyed watching Astro movie while blogging. My laptop and TV makes the time flies fast. I also bought lots of magazines, my father also gave me a mini radio for me. It's a bit lonely here, but I didn't feel boring. Here the nurses come in and out every hour to check and talk to me.

Me Online Shopping Again

I'm staying in Nilai for my radio iodine therapy about 5 days. I just can stay in a private room without going out from it. I have nothing to do except sleep, watch television and blogging. I just like that I'm on vacation now.

I have more free time now as I need not have to take care my son for this few days, so I logged on the search for some information about my health. And of coz I will suft through some online shopping site. I found a site where I like the most at 7 Loaves.

Luxury & Unique Bungalow

I went for a house warming with hubby last night. This bungalow situated at Jalan Golf Club, which is near Hotel Heritage too. This bungalow is owned by hubby's friend father, and I can say that his father is the richest man that I meet so far.

His friend told us that his father never estimated how much for the renovation. What I knew is that only the roof of this bungalow costs 7 hundred thousands ringgit. Sound cool???

I like the swimming pool, it's so unique and luxury when I view it from 3rd floor. This bungalow has almost 20 rooms and each of the maid has their own room too. What other comments for this luxury bungalow? Emmm....it's equalavent to 5 star hotels. Don't you also think so by looking at the photos?
