Grand Movies

A surprise call from hubby that he bought 2 tickets for "Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" on Monday. Hubby likes this kind of movie, so am I. Harrison Ford, I guess most people know him well, right? He is so handsome in the movie "Air Force One" years ago, but not in this movie. LOL!!!

I thought to watch "Iron Man" with hubby, but the time is not suit him as it's working time. It left 11am and 3.50pm shows only. So, I went for the movie with friends on Tuesday. It has been showing for more than 2 weeks. Anyway, I asked hubby to buy the DVD and watch it at home since it is a good movie.

Anyway, there are more and more grand movies coming soon. I can always watch the movies with him, right? Well, we will go for "Narnia" probably by next week.

Next Family Trip

Hubby always give me surprise lately, may be I complaint too much before that he is not a romantic guy. LOL!!! I received another surprise from him after we back from Gold Coast trip last week. Yahoo, he bought Air Aisa tickets to Bangkok with me in September. Well, Mummy In Vain is going along with her hubby and kids too. Of course I will bring my kid as I won't travel without him again as I said before.

It's a free and easy trip for us and we can visit Shoppingmum and her family too. They will move to Bangkok mid of June. I'm excited waiting for the trip, but I'm sure our kids are the happiest as they can play together. Since she doesn't have maid to help her to do the housekeeping, I think we have to buy her one of the Sebo vacuums as gift as we will stay at her place for 5 days. :P

Gold Shopping

We went to Jusco for groceries after breakfast yesterday. My maid kept on remind me that some of the daily products almost finish, and we back with many bags of stuffs. But we were back again at night as I missed out some of the things that need to buy. Well, my son is the happiest as he can go for kids' rides.

When I passed by the gold's shop, I remembered that I have to buy him gold necklace and ring as wedding gift. His wedding is just 2 weeks away, I better get it by this week.

I was shocked when I see the rate of the gold. The rate of gold has risen for over 30% for the past few months and it will increase further. So, is it a good time to invest in gold ? I prefer to invest in gold coins rather than those gold rings or necklaces.

Back From Gold Coast

It was a nice trip to Gold Coast with hubby. We stayed for 5 nights in Paradise Resort, a 3-stars hotel which provides great services and facilities to guests. At first I thought there's a tour guide to bring us around the city, but I was wrong. Throughout our 5 days in Gold Coast, except a driver received us at the airport and took us to the hotel, we were fully on foot and bus with useful map. Afterall, it is a free and easy trip, sigh.

It was sunny day even though it's autumn with temperature between 17'C and 20'C. We did quite a lot of walking, but didn't feel tired at all. May be because we walked most of the time, my shoes become this..... :P

No worries, I got myself a new pair of sport shoes at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. LOL!!! Talking about shopping, there are many outlets shopping centres where shop till you drop.

I got many nice t-shirts for my kid with A$10 each. It's so cheap with good quality, but you don't convert to RM or else you won't buy.

So many nice shoes, clothes and handbags, too bad there are so expensive and I better get them in Ipoh.

I didn't bring along my laptop and I'm glad that I can go online in the hotel's lobby. Of course I have to pay it with A$2 for 15 minutes. Though I can't wait to check my mailbox and tasks from advertisers. LOL!!!


Time flies fast and it's time to say goodbye to Gold Coast. We did last minute shopping at duty free airport. We bought mini fragrance, chocolates and wines. Geee...hubby will get wines whenever he goes travel. He told me that it's far more cheaper than buying outside. The cashier even asked hubby to join one of their International wine clubs. We didn't join it as we have to catch our flight and back to Malaysia.

Blog Break For A Week

I won't be blogging for a week start from tomorrow. Gosh, I'm sure will miss my laptop very much as hubby not allow me to bring it for our trip. Yes, I will go to Gold Coast for a week with hubby, just 2 of us to enjoy our "honeymoon". LOL!!!

I will be very busy once I come back. Why ???

• kiss and hug my kid
• clean up the luggage
• check my mailbox with hundreds of mails, may be....
• check if any offers from advertisers
• upload my travel photos and update posts
• go for hair wash and treatment

Well, since our flight is at night, so we will go to the airport in the afternoon. Hubby asked if I'm happy and excited for the trip. Of course happy lah....hopefully the trip is interesting for our 7 days in Gold Coast.

I celebrated Mother's day last night but I didn't buy any gifts for my mother and mother in law. May be I should get them a gift if I find something nice when I reach Gold Coast. Blood Boiling

I went to my centre with my partner as to see our ex-landlord this morning. The landlord wants to check everything in good condition before he pays us back the electric and water deposit. But guess what, we can't get it as he wants to discuss something with his family then get back to us in 2 days.

Every time also want to discuss this and that with his family. He really can't make any decisions, poor him that come and collect cheques from us very month. Actually my friend's hubby wants to rent the centre, but this old landlord very troublesome and will ask a lawyer comes and see. I wonder why he needs lawyer to come.

We cleaned all the mess but he still complaining. Geee.....very troublesome and I'm lazy to talk to him anymore. My friend will see him this few days and hope we can get our deposit back. Of course it won't spoil my mood for my vacation tomorrow.

Happy Mother's Day

Today is Mother's day, so how you going to celebrate it with your mum ? As usual, I will have a dinner with my mother and mother in law tomorrow. But I bought my mother a present since her birthday falls on this month too.

Need A Bigger Luggage Bag

Hooray, 3 days to go for my vacation. I can't wait to enjoy my vacation with hubby, but I'm sure we will miss our kid very much. I have started to pack our stuffs yesterday. I hope not to bring too much things along if possible. Hopefully one luggage bag is enough for 7 days.

Geee.....after putting in hubby's clothes, not much space for my clothes and other accessories. I have to take another luggage bag as hand carry. I thought to buy a bigger luggage bag, but hubby not allow and ask me to get one next time.

If I have more time, I will get one from Rimowa. Too bad I almost packed all my stuffs. I don't want to waste my time to unpack it again. :P So, stay tuned for my updates about my Gold Coast trip at my travel blog.

Shopping For Car Seat

It is a must to have a car seat no matter cheap or expensive when you have a new baby in your life. Do you know that car seats are a vital safety device for your child ? I have bought 2 car seats for my kid since he was born. He enjoys sitting in his car seat all the while, but he wants me to carry him out from it these days. I wonder what happened to him, but I still want him to sit on it for his safety.

So, are you looking for a new car seat for your kid ? I hope to get another toddler car seat for my kid, but for sure it will be wasteful since I have 2 car seats with me now. I'm thinking to give one to my niece if her mother, my sister doesn't mind. LOL!!!

Anyway, I will get a booster car seat for my kid when he is 4 years old. How about the above one? The booster car seat is appropriate for ages 4 to 8 years old, and I wonder if my kid still want to sit on it when he grows older.

Flowers As Gift

Hubby and his partners are planning to have a grand opening for their new pub. They haven't confirm the actual date but I'm sure it will be held next month. I thought to send a flower stand as congrats gift. I wonder if hubby will scold me because wasting his money.

I won't bother him and I'm now busy searching for nice flowers. I'm thinking to buy roses, but it's too common. How about calla lilies ? Since Mother's day is around the corner, I think I may get expensive flowers from florist shop.

Bye Bye My Centre

I can say that I'm a SAHM since May. I have ended my tuition centre and only take care my kid at home. I was back to my centre to clean all the mess last Sunday. There is no one take over my business since the economic is not good nowadays. How about all the assets in the office ??? Luckily my partner's hubby took most of the furniture for his new office. Geee....I wonder if he pay us or not. :P


I need more time to rest as I'm having cough for 4 days. Still no improvement even though I took medicine. Hopefully I can recover before I go to Gold Coast next week. At the mean time I will enjoy my stay at home life. Well, I may do some part time job if I feel bored to be a SAHM. LOL!!!

The Forbidden Kingdom

Finally I got to watch this movie with hubby last Saturday. Many of our friends said the movie is bored, but I don't think so. It's an action movie by Jackie Chan and Jet Li, so it's worth and must watch it.

The story is based on the Chinese legend of the monkey king. I bet most of all know about the story, right? Even though the movie is shown on cinema almost a month, but it's full every day. Well, I hope to watch another exciting movie ~ Iron Man by this week else I have to wait till I back from Gold Coast.

Travel Year

I went for yoga as usual this morning. My friend asked me wheather I would like to go Hong Kong end of this year. Of course I like travel, somemore Hong Kong is a shopping heaven for women. LOL!!! We are planning to bring along kids together. Then, we planned to go Bangkok and Langkawi too within this year. Wow, so many places to visit and I wonder where we get all those expenses fees. Hubby needs to work harder. :P

I will fly to Gold Coast for next week. I don't even have mood to talk about other places except Australia. Let me come back from my "honeymoon" then I have time to look for our flight deals. Well, even my hubby is running travel business, but I like to compare the rate through online and other travel companies.

Free Night

It's Friday and I bet hubby will be busy tonight. I sms him if he is free to go for movie with me and friends. Well, I'm surprised that he is willing to join us. LOL!!! But I'm not sure if we can get the tickets. I'm lazy to go out to buy the tickets as it's so hot outside. :P

Hubby said there is a supervisor and his partner look after his pub's business, so he can relax and enjoy for movie tonight. I just wonder why so many people addict to alcohol drink. I make sure my kid would never involve into this situation when he grows up. Therefore, parenting is very important to children.

It's really bad to see those people suffering from alcohol addiction. Well, they can get help from alcohol rehab centre if they really want to turn into a new life. Nobody can help them except themselves, right?

Happy Labour Day

Today is Labour day which is regarded simply as a day of rest for all workers. So, are you working today? If yes, you will get triple paid. LOL!!! I guess many people will take extra leave tomorrow and go for a vacation during this weekend. Well, I'm not going anywhere but go to my parents house as usual.

The most funniest thing is hubby asked me to accompany him to buy new clothes this morning. He seldom buy new clothes even for Chinese New Year. I wonder why he suddenly has such interest. Because he won a lottery yesterday, even though it's not much, but he is happy to use the money to spend on clothes. Tonight we will go out for dinner with our parents.

I wonder if hubby will get me the chiffon dress from MNG for me.....I'm sure he will forget what I told him before. Nevermind, give me money and I will get it myself. LOL!!!
